Gym Owner FAQ
Effectively none on the clinical side. Your trainers refer interested members, we handle intake, consults, meal plans, check-ins, and clinical documentation. You run sales and billing, we run the program.
However you already charge members — your existing gym billing system (Mindbody, Xplor, Wodify, ClubReady, etc). Sol bills you separately for the monthly subscription. You keep the full spread.
No. The clinical relationship sits with Sol's California-licensed RD and supervising physician, not with your gym. Because the program is 100% out-of-pocket, there's no insurance billing and no anti-kickback exposure for referrals.
Fine. The $1,000/month base covers your first 10 clients, so you're not penalized for starting small. On any Annual plan (12-month contract or Annual Prepay), we add a free bonus month on top of your commitment — giving you 13 months to build enrollment and prove the model.
At launch we're serving California-based clients under our RD's licensure. State expansion is on the near-term roadmap — get on the waitlist and we'll notify you when your state goes live.
Yes. Every plan gets one free pause per year. You can freeze the subscription for up to 90 days without losing your rate.
Sol programs include a Fullscript integration — when the RD recommends supplements to your members, orders flow through your gym's Fullscript storefront. You earn passive margin on every order with zero inventory to manage.
The RD flags it and escalates to the supervising physician. For anything outside the RD's scope, the member is referred to their primary care provider. You, the gym owner, are never in the clinical loop — exactly where you want to be.
