Pricing FAQ
When you sign an Annual plan (12-month contract) or pay upfront with Annual Prepay, we add one free bonus month on top of your 12-month commitment. That means 13 months of service for the price of 12. The bonus month is applied at the end of your committed term. The offer is exclusive to Annual and Annual Prepay — Flex (month-to-month) plans are not eligible.
Flex plans can be canceled anytime with 30 days' written notice — no fees. Annual and Annual Prepay plans carry an early cancellation fee equal to 2 months of the remaining balance.
Yes. Every plan includes one free pause per year — perfect for slow seasons or off-months.
Yes. Our programs are 100% out-of-pocket (OOP) compliant. We do not bill insurance. All programs are overseen by a California-licensed Registered Dietitian and a supervising physician, and our platform is HIPAA compliant via Healthie.
We are currently licensed in California and actively expanding to additional states. Because every program is delivered under a licensed RD and physician oversight, we match RDs to your state's licensure requirements. Reach out to discuss your location.
